Charge them with vagrancy, trespassing, etc. Give them the choice of DC or the Chain Gang.

I thought you could do anything to a criminal so long as it didn't count as cruel or unusual.

Putting criminals on busses should be Okay.

I disagree because they have been flying and bussing these folks to red states. What’s stopping a state from following the fine example they are setting. Heck.. make a brochure about all the jobs and free stuff in dc.. then bus the next group to beautiful marthas voneyard.
