That’s not an option for a publicly traded company. The government holds all the cards. You require all sorts of government okays in order to operate at all. Without them you are literally out of business.
The thing to do is have a list of government created problems and no matter how they try to guide the conversation for their political advantage you have to keep pounding what the government has done to rais the price.
