Too bad Project Veritas can’t also sue the “pro bono” lawyers for filing a frivolous lawsuit. If lawyers were held accountable for practicing “law fare” there would be fewer frivolous lawsuits which cause the innocent to incur exorbitant legal fees.

Perhaps it is time for a major reform of the legal system requiring the loser of civil lawsuits to pay the legal fees of the defendant and allow the judge to require the losing attorneys to pay 25% of the fees of the defendant if the lawsuit was determined to be frivolous.

The accused South Carolina man can sue her, the TV station, and the youtuber who reported this as fact instead of an alleged crime.
