I have an inability to proof-read. It makes me sound like an idiot, and it’s probably right.

So EVERYONE in Bucha is afraid to tell the truth

I would be. Most FReepers don't fear death, but I think most of us rightly fear torture and maiming.

I might easily hold my tongue and wait for the other side to win, so I could tell all later.

I don’t know about these satellit photos but there is ACTUAL VIDEO of the ‘corpses’ moving... specfially one moves his arm as the truck with the video cam rolls by (presumably to make sure his arms does not get run over) and another caught in the rear-view mirror getting up.

The video of "corpses moving" has been debunked, even Kremlin isn't using that excuse. ALL the Bucha survivors are saying Russian soldiers killed their relatives.

One claim, suggesting a dead victim's "arm appears to move" as the car moves past it, has been debunked by independent OSINT analysts, who point out that the movement is in fact a raindrop on the screen of the camera, as can be seen with an inverted channel version of the footage.

Similarly, the claim that a body can be seen "rising" in a rear view mirror is just a trick of the eye: the curvature of the concave mirror acts to enlarge objects as they are reflected in it, as can be seen milliseconds later, with other objects also appearing to enlarge briefly.

The problem with "What If" is you need proof. ALL the survivors are saying Russian soldiers killed their relatives. The bodies have been seen by western reporters. There is a satellite photo from March showing bodies lying on the street during the Russian occupation.

and the satellite images are manipulated.

Not that exactly. The claim is that they were taken on the 1st April at about midday.

They came out after the event remember. Nothing easier than for someone to change the date on the photo.

And thanks to orbital mechanics, easy to check one way or the other.

Yep, there's a lot riding on that photo.

You are insane! So American soldiers would commit mass murder of Americans in a little town to gain sympathy? That’s what you are saying Ukranians did. What utter nonsense. And by the way, my husband and i know someone from Buscha who was living there, they made it back to a safer area of Kiev last week, we’ve heard first hand what it was like there. Stop spouting ignorant lies.

No there isn't. You keep discounting ALL the eyewitness survivors telling the same story: Russian soldiers killed their relatives, some right in front of their eyes. According to you they are ALL lying to the western media.

Oh, well.. If your husband knows some one there who confirmed this then I guess that’s all we needed to know.

My sister’s friends’ uncle said the opposite.

So now I am really confused.

But I guess we can trust THE MEDIA now, right?

You keep discounting ALL the eyewitness survivors telling the same story

Witness testimony from a warzone can be suborned with terror or hostages, or falsified.

Whereas it would be easy for someone with the right software to check the assertions made in the Southfront article.

If those assertions are correct, then the whole house of card falls. The Daily Mail or Maxar Technogies or both would be implicated in a cover up of murders apparently carried out on the 1st April, when the Russians were long gone.

Did you ... read the article yet?

Holy smoke the Russian fans and propagandists on this site are becoming exhausting.

Fan of Russia or not. Not a fan of Ukraine or not. What Russia is doing in a country not their own is disgusting and absolutely should be repudiated with extreme prejudice.

They are on the other side of a border they don’t belong, attacking and destroying a country that didn’t attack them. The destruction we see is not some made up thing.

How dense can some of you people be???

Apparently not dense enough to start trusting THE MEDIA, like you Biden-lovers (it's ok to name-call someone who disagrees with you on this forum now, right?)

You conscripted every male in sight and armed them with no uniforms. You made militias.

THEN, you are shocked that uniformed Russian soldiers shoot at anything suspicious?

YOU are as dumb as BeijingBiden.

Americans by and large wouldn’t do that but Nazis would with smiles on their faces. The Ukrainian military is dominated by its Nazi elements.

The Minutemen at Lexington didn’t have uniforms either. Sometimes, there is no time for uniforms. Russians have a very loose definition of “suspicious”. They had a similar one in Chechnya, Georgia and Crimea, and for that matter in Afghanistan.

Similarly, Lenin and then Stalin had very loose criteria for “Kulak,” “Counterrevolutionary” and “Zionist”. Generally, the Russian autocrats believe in destroying anyone and anything “suspicious” in case they are guilty of something, which is a license to barbarism, a common thread running from the Czars and the commissars straight on down to Vlad.

I am shocked that you are defending this. Zelensky can’t hear you. He doesn’t care what you think and doesn’t know you exist. But I hear and am dismayed.

It’s a prerequisite these days. Brandon is a lousy actor. Couldn’t even pretend to have empathy for the families of the 13 Kabul dead. Odumbo and Slick Willy were brilliant at playing roles. Trump was the only genuine human being. VZ is a combination, partly genuine and partly acting.

That there are some bad characters in the Ukraine military is an established fact. But “dominated”? And do you seriously think the Russian military are boy scouts. Everywhere they have gone, they have committed heinous atrocities, but suddenly in Ukraine it has got to be the Ukrainians.

You know what I can’t stand about narratives? You draw the conclusion first, then look for facts later, and believe the conclusions you’ve pre-drawn regardless of the actual facts. You just have to have Ukrainian Nazis, and if you can’t find them in Bucha, you schlep them in your mind all the way from Mariupol, where that one battalion’s survivors are making their last stand and good riddance. Find facts first. Draw conclusions based on the facts that you find. Keep in mind the burden of proof.
