I don't think she attended the event. I didn't see her in any of the videos I looked at. Had she been there, she wouldn't have let him wander around aimlessly like that. Must be nobody was assigned to keep their eye on dementia Joe at the event today.

They probably deliberately kept Dr. Jill away so Joe wouldn't have any handlers. Wouldn't surprise me if it was Obama's idea.
