Younkin in Va had tons of poll watchers, judges and, most importantly, stand by lawyers.
It made the difference. Big time.
In the Deep liberal cities poll watchers are rendered mute. And the democrats get away with it.
Also sadly the worst of the cheating is now being done in a ways that will never be seen by poll watchers. Such as fraudulent paper ballots, and machine tampering being done via the internet and software.
I am not saying we don’t need poll watchers. What I am saying is that is not enough to catch most of their cheating.
