Defacing it is not your “right.” The gas station doesn’t have to allow free speech.
People that go around putting stickers on other people’s property are the worst kind of imbeciles.

A more legal way would be a five-foot-tall version of the sticker as a poster with a handle, then a person could stand on the sidewalk legally and have it pointing at the big gas sign.
It's very hard to stop someone standing on the sidewalk with a sign.

You don't own the pump.I agree. It's just disrespectful, and it puts the business owner -- who may want to remain neutral, regardless of how they feel personally -- in a tough spot. I guarantee everyone here excusing or supporting this guys behavior would flip out -- and demand prosecution -- if a Lefty put a Democrat sticker on their property.
