Such a pardon is inevitable and bears no comparison whatsoever to Trump’s pardon(s).
‘When’ it comes to pass, such an event ‘can’ be used to utterly destroy the democrat party...and the liberal media...by an opposing party with cajones.

This entire affair is simultaneously still going on with hundreds of politicians using their wives, children, siblings, and friends. Nobody in the game inside both parties has any interest in stopping it. The government bureaucrats use the compromised position to manipulate and get what they want if they look the other way. Nepotism at its finest. Not even the Queen of England is that forgiving, as regards Prince Harry and Prince Andrew. Both are pretty much read out of the line of inheritance and stand publicly shamed, no longer to be addressed as “Royal Highness”.

How do you pardon someone for a crime they haven’t been charged with?

I’d like to see the pardon law challeged to clarify that it can only be granted after conviction, not proactively as was done for Nixon (and which has never been tested in court).
To be safe, they should be charged with state crimes, which are not pardonable by the president.

It’s not really “nepotism” which involves doing favors for your relatives. Hunter and Frank are not so much the recipients of favors from Joe as they have been the cutouts through which he engages in influence-peddling and receives favors from third parties.
If he pardons them, he’s effectively pardoning himself. I absolutely wouldn’t be surprised to see him do this, and to see a compliant media spin it as kindly old Joe protecting his family from a “partisan witch hunt” or something
