If it’s being talked about, it’s because they want to prepare the public. IF and it’s a big if, Hunter or James get in a bind, the big guy WILL pardon them. Count on it.

The only time The Big Guy might be forced to do it is if the GOP takes the House or Senate next year. In that case Hunter and James are sure to be subpoenaed to testify. *That* would be the time to pardon.
