No. And it sounds like Russian propaganda. But, perhaps he had once worked at a Dollar General Store, and the reporter was confused by that.

Well, a few helicopters from the Ukrainian army were shot down “rushin’” to that location, among other tell-tale issues.
I hope this crap ends quickly because these things always get out of hand.
