Concurring bump...here is Sergey Korotkikh one of the Azovs suspected of authorizing civilian atrocities in Bucha being honored by the former President of Ukraine. He is also reported to be close with the son of the former Interior Minister.
Korotkikh apparently uploaded video from Bucha which included someone asking if they could shoot anyone not wearing a blue armband and his affirmative response. Many of the dead civilians were wearing white armbands the Russians required them to wear. None were wearing blue ones.

Their Nazi forebearers also had einsatzgruppen or flying squads to kill civvies.

There are approximately 1000 men in the Azov unit. hardly enough to spread throughout Ukraine.
