You may have missed the part where this perfectly alive person has - apparently - been lying in the street for three days. And no-one noticed.
But I guess some sort of group blindness is plausible. After all: the Russians left on the 30th, and no-one noticed all of these bodies in the street until the 3rd.
Video I watched showed soldiers dragging the bodies to the side via attached cables, because of fear of booby traps. Those bodies being dragged looked very dead, and not staged.
Not to mention that the National Police of Ukraine published a video on the 2nd that for some reason missed all of these bodies in the street.
I may be mistaken, but I recall "Tyler Durden" of Zero Hedge, being restricted to Blog & Personal.

I’m neutral, don’t care either way. But innocent civilians are being killed. Some soldiers do it because they’re hungry, hostile, and thieving while disobeying norms of combat. Others do it by command. War is hell for civilians caught in the middle.

I'm sorry for the slightly severe tone in my last, which may have sounded as if I was exasperated at you. I am not.
I can certainly believe that there are civilian bodies in Ukraine, and that sappers would move them carefully. How did they die, who killed them, was it an accident: these are questions that any rational person should ask.
But FReepers do not do good service to the real deaths - and real atrocities - in this eight-year-long war if we accept just any story at face value.

Kind of like My Lai; or Babi Yar; or countless other atrocities throughout history. You must think that unless there is some Johnny-on-the-Spot reporter present to film the still warm bodies that what occurred is fiction.
Here’s one for you: Katyn Forest. Not only was it covered up for years, but the perpetrators (Russian) blamed it on their at-the-time allies, the Germans. Russians have historically blamed their horrific actions on someone else. But, perhaps you know that, and are okay with it.
He’s claiming that the corpse was staged and he was waving his arm. Except that if you look at the source video that isn’t highly pixelated it’s clear that it’s a raindrop in the windshield. The raindrop is an arm line came out just after Ukraine started broadcasting video of the bodies. Bodies in the streets, bodies in yards, bodies in cellars, bodies in pits.
It’s sad. The Russians invaded Ukraine and people die in wars. Whenver people die at Russian hands that makes them look bad they come up with some nonsense about some aspect of it so that the public thinks nothing ever happened.
It’s like the maternity hospital a couple weeks ago. Russia claimed it was long abandoned and one of the women was an influencer so fake. Great. Except there were news reports several days before of the hospital being occupied and now this influencer has escaped but to Russia. Even though she’s stuck in Russia she’s saying the attack was real to Russian state media. But now the Russians are trying to frame it as Ukrainians blowing themselves up (I didn’t hear an airplane). The old story is long forgotten, enter the new conspiracy.
