New requirement comes as border agents are bracing for historic surges of illegal migrants
Battered by COVID-19, waves of illegal immigrants and fears of even larger surges ahead, Customs and Border Protection officers have a new burden: they must now be sure to use proper pronouns for LGBTQI+ migrants.
The new requirement was included Thursday at the bottom of a much larger announcement by the Homeland Security Department concerning changes instituted on International Trans Day of Visibility.
“Facilitating effective communication at U.S. ports of entry and beyond: CBP has provided a job aid and memorandum to all staff that will serve as a guide for facilitating effective communication with the diverse public CBP serves, including LGBTQI+ individuals,” the agency said. I
“The guidance includes using gender-neutral language and an individual’s self-identified pronouns and name,” it added.
CPB‘s requirements came as a Biden Administration made sweeping actions across numerous agencies to create new accommodations for transgender and non-binary people.
The State Department on Thursday announced that US Citizens will be able to choose "X" as their gender rather than "Male" or "Female" on their passports Meanwhile, the Transportation Security Administration on Thursday morning announced new standards for screening transgender, nonbinary and gender-nonconforming airline passengers at airport checkpoints.
The agency said the changes are to "improve the screening experience for all passengers" and announced them on International Transgender Day of Visibility.
TSA also said the new standards will go into effect after the implementation of new technology that will in part replace the current, gender-based system, which will be more accurate and "advance civil rights and improve the customer experience of travelers who previously have been required to undergo additional screening due to alarms in sensitive areas."
If the testing of the new technology proves successful, the agency will begin deploying the other updates to airports later this year including:
Reducing the number of pat-down screenings Streamlining identity validation Making TSA PreCheck more inclusive to include an "X" gender marker option on its application Updating its Transgender, Nonbinary, and Gender Nonconforming Passengers web page to provide information to the traveling public on all gender-related updates

Fed will run rape migrant detentions facilities if it wasn’t flying them accross the country already.
This, on top of reading that Biden wants to divert funds from VA hospitals to take care of illegals, and wants to add to the funding of their legal defenses too! Plus he wants to DOJ prosecute Trump.
My prayer list is off the charts with this Biden in office😿

I’m starting to see emails from customers, especially my attorney customers, listing 3 sets of pronouns below their name above the other usual lists of address, etc. I find it not only offensive, and if I believed in such leftists fantasy, the listing of pronouns is a form of micro aggression.
So having said that, perhaps it’s time I add my pronouns on my auto sign email feature. I have read enough of your posts to know you are a critical thinker with your finger on the pulse of the nation, so help me out here, what do you think of these?

Has anyone pointed out the fact that Spanish nouns are either masculine or feminine? Two genders! That should disqualify all Spanish speakers from entering America.

What was it the late, great Rush Limbaugh used to say…”sometimes you have to be absurd to illustrate the absurdity!” Mocking the pronouns nonsense fits into that category IMHO.

My daughter has a friend that used to call me the meanie butt daddy when they were in high school. So my wife made up a t-shirt for me that had meanie butt daddy on the front and No you can’t on the back.
I got some great reactions from that shirt, including one time in Wally World -two young high schoolers ran up to me screaming “Yes we can! YES WE CAN!”
I got no end of amusement out of that.
“To me there’s ‘him”....”her”...and “it”. And “him” and “her” are determined by genes...not by some sad, depraved delusion.”
More broadly, “HEY YOU” works quite well.
