I wanted to provide an update on Doug Jensen, a January 6th political prisoner. It’s been almost 15 months since he was arrested. Initially, Doug was imprisoned for 6 months and 6 days but granted home release.
But after just 49 days, he was taken back into custody for the sin of accessing the internet and watching the Cyber Symposium.
Accordingly, since the last time I posted the Jensen family's “Give Send Go” link, Doug has been unjustly imprisoned another 7 months. He continues to be denied home release. Unless that changes, Doug will be confined until his trial September 19th, 2022.
Doug’s wife of 25 years, April, has faithfully stood by as Doug continues to miss out on the lives of their three children. Missed high school graduation, birthday celebrations, and even hospitalization of a dear relative have been born by Doug and April through their long-suffering separation.
It’s firsthand accounts like these that keep me up at night, and supply me with an unwavering desire to fix 2020. The tyranny of the state has "constructively" created a widow and orphans out of the Jensens.
As the body of Christ, we are instructed to care for our brothers and sisters. Please continue to pray for and financially support the Jensens.
What were his initial charges and based on what? That’s some serious time in a cage.
Question:
Are any people STILL being held who have still not been charged?
Thanks.
Aren’t there still hundreds of political prisoners being held on J6 charges? I believe this to be the case. We need to get these people out. Does anyone have a list? I thought I saw one a few months ago.
No.

It looks like the charges revolve around ENTERING A RESTRICTED BUILDING. There is oodles of video showing Capitol police escorting and allowing people in. Not to mention the 6 or so “SUICIDES” of Capitol police offers after the event, which is EXTREMELY suspicious. This whole charade is so bogus. When will we get our day in court?!
WE wont get a day in court. THEY WILL get their day in front of God and the sentence will be for eternity.
There are dozens upon dozens like Doug. One of Doug’s particular charges is “obstructing an official proceeding” None of the charges was tied to actual violence, only to ‘possible’ violence.
Most January 6 prisoners have frivolous charges such as ‘criminal trespass’ or ‘intent to incite’, and similar. Such charges should have been dealt with a long time ago. That such charges still exist attests to the “Show Trial” nature of January 6.
One prisoner finally had his trial March 21, 2022, and was acquitted on one charge, but convicted on a frivolous misdemeanor of trespassing for which a half a million others were also subject to. He never entered the Capitol.
Lawyers are trying to get DC prisoners out but are stopped as the DC Court system won’t release them. If the prisoners were charged with a federal crime, they could be transferred outside DC Court to district court, but that would risk their release and a dropping of charges which are frivolous or wholly unsubstantiated.
So why is the DC Court holding these people prisoner? Because they can and because it adds drama to the “Insurrection” fiction. DC jailers are holding onto these prisoners for the same reason one of their officers shot and killed unarmed Ashli Babbitt without warning. She was not a threat to anyone or anything. The officer who did the shooting was finally revealed. He shot her without provocation and with no warning. A quick review of his character reveals a very low level of professionalism which is reflective of a law enforcement environment of poor training. That’s DC.
I grew up in DC. Father was a law clerk for DC Courts, then an attorney for DOJ, rising up and working directly for the US Attorney General. I still know much of the landscape. DC is special because no season is the same. Something is always scheduled that is different. And that makes life interesting for law enforcement. For some situations and events, there is very little prologue to work from.
I believe DC Courts and law enforcement are a world unto their own, ultimately directed by establishment politicians. DC is funded directly by Congress, so they kiss the hands of those that feed them. The prevailing union atmosphere keeps them in the Democrat corner. They are Democrats first and Americans second.
I don’t think of DC Courts and law enforcement as anywhere near top drawer. They festered a visceral party line insider hatred of Trump and his MAGA supporting outsiders. Their holding of so many prisoners on nothingburger charges is part of the January 6 show.
Here’s a link to a list of January 6 prisoners:

Some are listed in the link at the bottom of #12.
Meanwhile, the feckless republicans are doing nothing about this!
Whatever happened to the Constitutional guarantee of a speedy trial?
If anyone is interested, here is a web site that brings a lot of info about all the 1/6 prisoners to one place. You can search state-by-state in case there's anyone you know, and read stories about a how many are being treated: americangulag.org
The courts muddied that definition years and years ago. In a lot of cases the delay is at the request of the defense.
The Republican party is all run by lawyers turned career politicians. Just like the Democrats.
Unfortunately, it's a good bet, eventually when the Trump era is over, so is this country. It'll be every man for himself. Those with bad intent have a choke hold on this country. They got in line to stab Trump in the back, and they had good reason to do so.
