McCarthy seems to think Madision was making baseless (and very serious) claimsBaloney. McCarthy is a liar. He knows darn well what his fellow politicians are doing in DC. Anybody who worked on the hill or in the executive office knows too.
Why do you think so many want to run for office. It's a lot more fun and lucrative to be in congress than it is to work in a law office. There's a lot of sex going on in DC and some of the most beautiful women work on the hill.
