I almost never get URIs, but stomach viruses, a lot.
A few years ago, I got damn Norovirus. Took me out of commission for a week, closed half the schools in town. And this was a year before the China virus took over.

I was getting the dreaded thing every year for awhile until I stopped eating any handled food at restaurants from November to March and started taking high potency vitamin D.
