“But the Feds have defined marijuana as an illegal substance. So it is illegal everywhere in the US.”
So you side with fedgov making intrastate policy. You have just wiped out the Tenth Amendment.

It’ll grow in any ditch; however, nobody wants so weak a drug. Maybe taken with alcohol?

LOL, you;re breathing in pot smoke regularly? Can I come over?
Go to NYC it is every place.
Between every Covid testing station, is a pot truck, or a guy just selling it on a card table.

I don’t see anywhere in the constitution that grants the fed the right to criminalize pot... Me either. I would be completely uninterested in buying pot even if I could buy it at my local 7-11. Still think the laws against it are completely unconstitutional. I am not a fan of Big Brother being my nanny. It also authorizes a 5% tax on marijuana and marijuana products that would gradually increase to 8% over five years.
This, BTW is the real key. They can't tax 'illegal' drugs, so This is how they insinuate themselves into the revenue stream. 'Follow the money' is always good advise.

There is no part of our lives too mundane, too private, too solemn, that the Fed gov assholes don't want to intrude. Indeed. THIS is what we need to change.

It’s an epidemic in Atlanta metro. Common second-hand contact highs just for venturing out to shop is ridiculous. And don’t try to date someone who is addicted and self medicating. I have no interest in second hand smoke, tobacco or weed. I also get tired of the slow moving vehicles driven by stoned drivers. I didn’t see all this in California or other places I’ve lived. Adding to my negative experiences I also see the pot promotors as finding another way to soften people’s minds and distract them from their manipulation and agenda.

So in GA, where weed is illegal for any purpose, there are problems with public use of weed. Whereas CA, with legal weed, did not have these problems.
Interesting.

Indeed phags like meth almost as much as marijuana. The edge marijuana has over meth for them is that it smells like a mix their favorite substances: semen and feces. That’s how the ancient arab assassins order used weed for drug thrill initiation and reinforcement of homo on their recruits, as well as the mind zombification and control effects of the drug.

I'm not saying I agree with the current situation. I'm just saying that's the way it is. The Interstate Commerce Clause has been so broadly interpreted by the Supreme Court that it now allows the Feds to control intrastate commerce under the precept that it affects interstate commerce. They once ruled against a farmer who only sold his crops to customers in his state because they argued that those transactions had an affect on the countrywide market for his produce.
An insane decision but evidently a Constitutional one according to the Supremes at the time.

I guess that’s why you always see stoners carrying skunks around. A most forlorn attempt at sarcasm because they do carry the most convenient skunk of all around: weed. In fact they have named one of their favorite strains "skunk:.

Talk to a local judge and/or someone in your DA’s office about the difficulty in getting a conviction for a pothead who’s killed someone while behind wheel.
