All true. The fully bipartisan nature of the coup and stolen election is what made it so effective. History will show that President Trump was mostly a figurehead POTUS. Executive branch departments did pretty much whatever they wanted. I heard Senator Johnson on the radio yesterday saying that Haspel just ignored his committee and he did not have votes to subpoena witnesses due to Quisling GOPers.

Agree with all you wrote but the historic fact is that the fraud that was widely predicted was allowed to go forward and was allowed to stand. The great fear is that nothing has really changed and the same thing will happen in 2022 and 2024. American democracy is a risk to to the perfidy of those who cling to power.

We already know there was major league effery in the 2020 election. There was way too much smoke for there to be no fire.
But the last chance to fix that that 06 Jan 2021 and that was a debacle. Innocent men and women are still prison.
The only thing left to do is to protect the voting in conservative and swing states (commie states are hopeless). Promoting Voter ID, eliminating vote-by-mail, and making sure electronic voting machines are secure, those should be our goals. Given that judiciary is fighting against that, that is where the effort needs to be.

I was SO disappointed that Trump failed to take decicive action when it counted most. Where was his trademarked “You’re Fired!” or his campaign promise to drain the swamp?
Trump had little control outside the range of his voice. The DOJ was completely renegade for the entire presidency. The simply refused his orders to go after antifa. They hid Hunters laptop for a year. Barr flatly refused his demand to know what was happening with it, falsel claiming the DOJ is independent of the president. Trumps alternative was to fire Barr on the spot. But had he done so his own party would have impeached and removed him. Because of outright treason and sedition at DID/CIA/DOJ and its subordinate bureau the FBI, Because of McConnell refusing to allow recess appointments for four years, because of street terror aimed at anyone accepting a job in his administration, President Trump probably had about 35% orb the power a president normally has.

The disaster began with the selection of Sessions as Attorney General. In retrospect he should have hired a bulldog like Giuliani and turned him loose on the swamp creatures.
By rigging the elections, Biden would avoid the scrutiny of their corruption in Ukraine and China and the Clintons would avoid revelations of corruption with their foundation and Hilary’s hard drive.

Yes. And I take the disaster one step further back. Mike Pence was actively trying to subvert him. When the pussygate take care out. He conspired with Ryan and Priebus to dump him from the ticket. Pence lied to get Flynn fired so he could bring in McMaster. He was also in the thick of DOJ getting Sessions to recuse.
Pence is the Rosetta Stone of GOP/swamp attacking Trump’s presidency.
