Jamaican constitution 3.2 citizenship by descent. They do allow dual citizen ship, so in addition to not being qualified for the presidency by having citizenship in another nation her US citizenship is secondary to her Jamaican citizenship. (And, of course, we do not know if she also has Canadian citizen ship from her time in Canada, or maybe secretly got Indian citizenship or something.
