This ruling is racist assuming that blacks can’t figure out how to vote otherwise. This whole charade is a fraud on blacks.

Blacks, once allowed to vote, had ZERO ISSUES going to the polls to vote. It’s one damn day every couple of years. They go to church every Sunday for an hour. They can’t make time to go to the polls to vote for their representatives?

This pisses me off to no end.

Some of plantiffs who a declared ahaving standing are not people who vote. They are organizations which are harmed because they have to spend money tp change their printed materials related to mail in voting. Scoon has standing because the voting law changes the way she needs to vote as she used unmanned and unmonitored drop box which will be eliminated by the law.
The law impacts blacks and latinos more because a lower percentage of blacks and latinos are registered to vote than whites. The law impacts latinos and blacks more because more blacks and latinos live below the poverty line. and lower per capita income. Fewer blacks and latinos also have less access to the internet. Fewer latinos and blacks have cars. And florida has a long history of racial discrimination dating way back to 1865. Flroida has maintained it’s voter roles in a discrimatory manner. Especially when purging felons. as most felons are black. Blacks use early voting a the twice the rate as whites. Vote by mail is used by a higher percentage of black and latino voters. (i’m tired of reading a tpage 65 so i’ll summarize here) Any changes to voting impacts blacks and latinos and is therefor racist. And the legislature and governor are racist for even thinking about making changes to the voting laws. Voting laws can only be changed by courts becuase they are not racist. Stanford and MIT said the florida election was pretty good. so you can’t change it. Changing the law based on possible fraud is not allowed as there is no fraud. The law is therefore unconstitutional as preclearance of the changes was not sought. (my summary of the judges ruling. I’m sure this can be boiler plate for any ruling in the state.)
s/Mark E. Walker
Chief United States District Judge

I guess this ass Walker is too ignorant to understand that when his rulings permit illegal voting, my vote as a legal voter is nullified. Guess only Black votes matter. It is corrupt judges like him that are pushing this country toward civil war.

Tell ya what, Judge, hows about we lift the ID and security screen requirements for your courtroom? We wouldn’t want to be “restrictive” about citizen access to the courts, now would we?

“Will go straight to SCOTUS states have EVERY right to make their voting laws!!!”

Some day a state governor is going to say enough is enough, quote the parts of the Constitution pertaining to the rights of states, and tell one of these imperial federal judges to pound sand.

Any feeling on how the 11th Circuit would rule on appeal?

Does it matter? it'll be years before it gets heard.
