No way they’d forfeit the cheap entertainment value of Smith’s dramatic acceptance speech on the heels of his Sock-Rock-in-the-Jawk moment with all his double standard cohorts turning a blind eye and clapping like same seals they are that overlooked Harvey W because of his status. The commercial break footage didn’t appear to have any academy reps ask him to leave either. Most likely saying it now to save face.
