Actually, his ineptitude is forcing European NATO members to arm themselves and take the things to their own hands.
He seems to be achieving what Trump could not.

Indeed. The US has had no reason to be part of NATO since the Warsaw Pact was ended.
We should require Canada to pay us a tribute. Otherwise, Canada should be annexed by USA.
