No, if laws were broken, they should be prosecuted.
But, none of this stuff is going to overturn the election. Period. That will never happen. People should accept that and focus on making sure it doesn’t happen again.
So, perhaps you might want to lay off the personal attacks and focus on the issues. Because your assumptions are not a flattering reflection on you.

Biden will be impeached by the time they get around to it anyway. But no question Trump is going to keep the issue in play when he comes back 2024 if not before.
