I hope that this is just a typo as it makes no sense. GWB first used the expression “the soft bigotry of low expectations” which, sadly, still exists.

Latinx is a dispicable sounding word, and I suspect that a good portion of the crash of support for Democrats from Hispanics is due to that one word.
