In 2020, we saw more lawsuits filed over election laws and rule changes than in any prior year of American history. And with the congressional midterms fast approaching, litigation and other developments just keep coming.
Pennsylvania
In Pennsylvania, the Commonwealth Court, one of two appellate courts in the state, issued a ruling recently holding that a change made by the legislature in 2019 to the law governing absentee ballots violated the state constitution.
***
In 2019, the legislature amended state law that required a qualified voter to have a reason to use an absentee ballot and turned Pennsylvania into a “no fault” absentee-voting state, where any voter can use an absentee ballot with no excuse required.
However, *** the Commonwealth Court held that the legislature didn’t have the power to make that change.
***
The decision has already been appealed to the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, which has five Democratic and two Republican elected judges.
New York
In New York, a second lawsuit has been filed against the New York City law that allows permanent resident aliens and those aliens authorized to work in the U.S. who have resided in New York City for at least 30 days to vote in local elections.
***
Election Fraud
Finally, several new convictions for election fraud spanning the country, from Texas to California to Tennessee, ***
The convictions include Memphis Black Lives Matter chapter founder Pamela Moses, a convicted felon ***
She submitted a false certificate claiming she was no longer on probation and thus was eligible to register and vote again. She was found guilty of registration fraud by a jury, and the judge admonished her for “tricking” the probation department and voting illegally six times.

It’s all great, but what are the sentences?
Do you believe the 2020 election was stolen (or there was enough voter fraud to tip the election)?
If you do believe the 2020 election was stolen what measures have been taken to ensure the integrity of the next election?
If you believe the 2020 election was stolen and little or nothing has been done to ensure the integrity of the next election, why would anyone believe the results of the next election will be legitimate?
Well, probably not enough has been done to protect election integrity in those corrupt Democrat controlled districts that have been used to "swing" national elections.
If we go with that assumption though, what follows? What's the proper action to take in response to a stolen election?
“I did not falsify anything. All I did was try to get my rights to vote back the way the people at the election commission told me and the way the clerk did,” Moses said at her sentencing hearing on Jan. 26.A local activist in Memphis alleged that her conviction was erroneous, and her sentencing is too harsh for the crime she committed.
There are many things we can do.
Ban the use of proprietary software used in voting machines. We should only be using open-source software that can be inspected before an election, monitored during an election, and examined after an election by inspectors from each party.
Clearly delineating mail-in ballots from poll ballots. Example, mail-in ballots should be printed with large red letters saying, MAIL IN BALLOT. This will prevent individuals from making copies and using the copies at polling places. Of course, this isn't foolproof if it's done by well-organized group who can print ballots to fit their needs.
Mail in ballots and poll ballots printed on different colored paper so they're easy to find and sort if they need to be inspected.
Watermark ballots and or embossed ballots which make it difficult to print your own ballots at home. Unique size and colored paper that can't be copied on home printers.
All ballots are numbered sequentially. If you copy a mail in ballot the repeat numbers could be flagged.
There are others.
I was shocked to learn there are some states/cities that actually print each ballot on an office printer as they're handed out. If you can print a ballot on an office printer you can print them anywhere.
“[After Joe Biden bragged he had the greatest voter fraud organization ever] do you believe the 2020 election was stolen (or there was enough voter fraud to tip the election)?]
There. Fixed it for you. People just don’t give Joe credit for what he says. I don’t see how any election fraud discussion can happen without looking at what he said.
Well certainly those things would help.
Ballot harvesting should be illegal everywhere.
ID should be checked at the polls.
People should have to provide a good reason for an absentee ballot (eg deployed military, over age 75, disabled, etc.)
But none of those things are going to happen if the politicians, including Republicans are left to their own devices.
Georgia’s election integrity law last year is a good example. It made some improvements, but fell far short of anything that could prevent a repeat of the election fraud we saw in Fulton county in 2020.
The only peaceful mechanism that could effect the needed reforms is a large, persistent grass-roots effort at the local level pushing until things get fixed. Sadly, while there are some places where this is occurring, it is not happening widely enough to correct matters before November. The blowout may be big enough to remove the Democrat majority in Congress, but nothing will happen unless we find an effective way to bring the hurt onto the new Republican majorities and demand reform.
I admit to being somewhat black pilled on this topic.
And that is the issue. There are lots of things that need fixing before the next election but not one Republican has done anything to fix the problems.
What's going to happen in Nov. is what we've seen before. Republicans will lose in races they clearly should have won. Republicans will complain AFTER the election and "demand" and audit and not get them.
My hopes fade every time someone on here talks about the coming "LANDSLIDE" in November when all the means for fraud are still in place and no one is doing anything to prevent them before the next election.
Another oversimplification of the situation in PA.
Act 77 was passed, and the original version wasn’t too bad. It was modified (unconstitutionally) by the Democrat Majority PA Supreme Court and the Democrat Governor Wolf.
This link fills it out a bit: https://lancasteronline.com/opinion/columnists/the-hijacking-of-act-77-pennsylvania-s-2019-voting-law-opinion/article_149265ac-8af1-11ec-ab38-938e1ab47d11.html
Thanks for the link.
Translation: Demonrats will STILL be able to steal elections. Why should I vote in ANY US Federal election, EVER AGAIN?
