He makes you feel comfortable, like a member of his fambly, to the point that it almost feels like you’re imposing on him by asking for a discount off the list price. Heck - you want to pay above list, just to show him how much you appreciate the service he provides. Then you drive away from the showroom with the cream puff you just acquired, and the dashboard lights up like a Christmas tree.
