Knowing the propaganda situation, and knowing how many Russians drive and consume Vodka, chances are, somebody may have been run over.

Was this on purpose, or just a result of all of the above?

Was the person run over staggering into the path of a vehicle due to Vodka consumption?

Chances are the basic story is true.

A person was run over by a person driving a vehicle.

Why and how did it happen? Who was the person? We'll never know.
