Before Russia invaded Ukraine sad no to NATO and NATO was falling apart. The point s Russia, agreed to Ukraine including Crimea and Donbas in the Ukraine. The problem is Putin thought Biden ( or his handlers) would roll over for Putin taking more of Ukraine like when they took Crimea. Moron Biden thinks he is some big foreign policy expert and Biden believes he can distract Americans from the mess he made in the US by playing hot shot on the world stage.
