So there should be no monetary “carve out” for title IX either then. May as well negate the 19th amendment while we’re at it. After all, branDUHn says none of them are absolute.

A woman is a human being that I spent too much time chasing around in high school and college at the detriment of my GPA. How is that for a definition?

And that’s where the problem lies. She is not supposed to be investigated as a woman, she is supposed to be investigated as a judge. One should not have any connection to the other. It’s vote pandering by the libs.

And that is why the public gets underachievers in government employ (along with other jobs). The best aren’t hired. The less qualified are to promoted the disadvantage of equality. So there is a failure in any business that does this as it identifies more equality and less preparation of applicants other than race, gender, or disability. But it keeps libs in office.
