All the racial strife we and every other multiracial societies (especially those that include blacks) are experiencing and will always experience is due to one false assumption.

That false assumption is, "All races are the same"

This figure is what explains pretty much everything you see regarding race relations and real life performance. It's a tragic reality, but a reality nonetheless.

Bell curves are interesting if looking at groups, but they’re not relevant in Supreme Court Appointments.

For example, Clarence Thomas is a lot smarter than 90% + of whites, Asians, etc etc etc racial group members... maybe more. So a racial curve doesn’t matter. It’s the same with Ketanji Brown Jackson - SHE’S an affirmative action pick based on her radical marxist beliefs.

There are plenty of men and women of all races intellectually, morally and ethically qualified to be on the Supreme Court. Jackson just isn’t one of them.
