Yeah to support her intense workout. If she does CrossFit then it’s ridiculous. Burns a lot of calories. Likely burns more than she eats, but the small healthy snacks and meals keeps her metabolism going 24/7. I just had my second shoulder surgery 2 1/2 months ago. They can’t fix it again. I power lifted for 20+ years and wrecked my joints from not taking breaks or cycling in lighter weights. After I tore both triceps tendons I started eating more of a bodybuilding diet and workout. Wish I had done that years ago. I used to eat insane amounts of food. Huge egg omelettes and 10 pounds of meat and 4 pounds of potatoes a day for 5 days a week. And beer. Took the weekends off and ate what I wanted which was a lot..and beer. Lol. Was fun..

Admirable, so great to work out that way. I find her diet revolting, except for lunch, which sounds good to me. Hate peanut butter, don’t eat pork or bagels of anything else made of wheat for that matter.
Anyway, none of my biz what she eats. I wish her well.
