...free gas cards...

Really? No one anywhere will see higher taxes or any kind of money change hands with these cards. If the cards are free, then gas must be free in CA. And here I thought they had the highest gas prices in the US. Did I just hear the words "abracadabra" mumbled somewhere?

Calif has a 29billion surplus, state can afford to return some of that to us taxpayers
