really weird how reports say Russia has lost 500 tanks destroyed or captured but Ukraine hasn’t lost any but actually gained inventory? Are we to believe that Russia surged across Ukraine up to the suburbs of Kyiv but didn’t manage to destroy any tanks on the way? Does Russia not have any anti-tank missiles either?
Try reading the report first, next time.
The Ukes haven’t been attacking. Their tanks are less exposed to enemy fire, apparently even when Russia has air superiority and can use SU-25’s and helicopters. I guess most were in reserve or in the Donbas front.
There are a few videos of lost Uke tanks, the largest concentration being that armored brigade that seems to have been caught by surprise by the Russian rush up from the Crimea. There are at least a dozen T-64’s looking abandoned along a highway.
