Surprised not to see Adam Schiff or Jerry Nadler, two of the worst offenders on that list of defendants.
I suppose there is an argument for legislative immunity, but these guys did Trump dirty on news programs all the time. Schiff in particular constantly repeated that he had actual evidence of President Trump committing treason.

All defendants will move to dismiss (it would be malpractice to not do so), and odds are the case will be tossed by the courts. This is too big to expose, and too wrong to set right. Courts will not render a legal conclusion that favors Trump, even if he is in the right. Banana Republic does not roll that way.
