The module captured is only the command module, not the radar and jammers. What they learn from that will likely not be how to counter it, but how to attack the command system.
And that’s only if it actually intact and not destroyed - there was a report that it had hole in the top (not in the image).
I agree with your assessment that it may not reveal much usable information. But the reality of what we know is often different from what we tell potential enemy nations. I still think it’s appropriate to every now and then telegraph “we’ve got the real goods, not that crap them Rushyuns try to sell you. Don’t get too cocky thinking Rushyun weapons will let you tear up our interests like a covid in a China shop”.
