Looks like a flag flag or "friendly fire" attack... the location of the alleged Russian attack was far from where Russians actually are.
I agree. Everything I have read indicates “friendly” fire and instead is being used to stoke more Russia hatred. Some vicious reply’s regarding Russian atrocities but not one mention of current Ukrainian policy regarding unwilling conscripts and their fate.
