That was a trick question that she did not answer properly. A substantial political faction thinks someone is a woman if that person says she’s a woman. Other think it’s biological.
Ketanji couldn’t take political sides on this one, but her “I’m not a biologist” was ridiculous.
So opinion is more important than facts?
