“Anyone who can’t define a basic fact of life is not qualified to be a judge of our laws.”

That was a trick question that she did not answer properly. A substantial political faction thinks someone is a woman if that person says she’s a woman. Other think it’s biological.

Ketanji couldn’t take political sides on this one, but her “I’m not a biologist” was ridiculous.

So opinion is more important than facts?

Do you want someone to use opinions to decide matters of law?

How does a civil society survive if one side can use feelings and opinions and the other doesn’t?
