Putin will use his air power on Kiev very soon.
I’m surprised that he reined in his Air Force until four million Ukrainians could make their escape.
He is not usually known to be so charitable.
As a military target Kiev is a fairly low priority, so it might be a while before the city feels the full brunt of Russian military force. Hopefully Ukraine surrenders before that happens.
