my bet is that someday we will overrun it ...

There is a serious black thug problem that hasnt been dealt with for a very long time.
Thats exactly what it is.
They essentially have no family structures that are effective. The large majority are all ferals and future welfare recipients or working on their THUG degree.
There are plenty of civil and nice and well adjusted blacks, no question. But they are sadly outnumbered by thugs and welfare queens.
