It would be interesting to know just how many congressional and statewide elections Democrats would’ve won in the past 50 years if there had been no cheating.
It was a way of 'doing business' in Chicago from at least the time of Richard J Daley, and very likely it goes far beyond what we imagine. Further, every time they get away with it emboldens them to do more.
