Maybe McConnell will trade his vote to confirm Jackson for the commie dems agreement to send US military to our borders to stop the upcoming massive invasion of illegals into our country. I do not doubt that Mitch will get something significant for his approval of whomever is nominated for the SC. So far, under his guidance, the GOP has hung back on demanding compliance with the US constitution as regards securing our borders. The media is reporting that there are thousands of migrants waiting in Mexico for title 45, which has restrictions keeping them out, to expire soon. The surge of illegals will further burden American taxpayers with their maintenance and destroy any further need to have an immigration department or policy at all.
