I realize that I’m repeating myself from a previous post on this topic, but...what if a Mexican chooses to wear his hair really long, in fact never cuts it at all and occasionally pours blood over it until the dried blood forms into a solid mat.
He’d be emulating the Aztec priests, an important part of his proud national heritage. I’m pretty sure he’d be covered by this law since it refers to “...hair texture or hairstyle that is commonly associated with a particular race or national origin”
It's all turning into a big, muddled pile of s$$t.
Dried blood could most likely be called a health hazard and not a protected texture LOL.
So sad that we even have to consider such weird things thanks to Dems.
