The problem with cellphone videos is they are anonymous, they are rarely validated and more often than not it’s hard to tell exactly what is going on.

So the people on the ground in the streets of Belarus understood this and wisely refrained from posting any unvalidated video clips of the destruction in their neighborhoods?

You missed the point totally and went off on a whole diff direction.

The anonymity and vagueness of such cell videos are reasons to not attach much, if any, meaning to them. They can mean whatever anybody claims they mean.

Interesting in a curio way, otherwise meaningless except for whatever meaning a beholder may attach to them.
