Since the claims are all true, there is nothing to investigate.
Well, hold on now, maybe they should investigate and try to prosecute some of these people.
You see, if someone is charged with a crime for saying “the 2020 election was stolen”, then they would have to be allowed to present evidence in court that the 2020 election was stolen, since if their claim is true, then that’s an “affirmative defense”.
If the court won’t let them present that argument, then the case gets thrown out on appeal as a mistrial, and if they do let them present that argument, then the evidence for the 2020 fraud will finally get presented in a court of law and read into the official record.
