Both insane and ridiculous. Insane in that this is direct involvement. Ridiculous because no matter what jets are given to the Ukes, they can’t just hop in and be effective in them. Even the Polish Mig 29s have all kinds of electronics in them that is not original to the planes....and which the Ukes don’t have. It takes pilots a good bit of time to learn a new aircraft, new systems etc etc. The planes without the Western pilots in them would not be that militarily useful to the Ukes.

Right.

The only military capable of enforcing a no-fly zone is the US military.

A couple dozen old MiG-29s might have uses, but no-fly zone isn’t one of them.

This is a call for America to go to a disastrous war.

Reminds me of Ezekiel 38:4 “I will turn you around and put hooks in your jaws, and lead you out with all your army…”

A sprit of folly and suicide has overtaken the Uniparty.

Who’s to say the Poles (etc.) have not provided some off the record training?

How is this “direct involvement” more so than sending in thousands of modern anti-tank and ManPad missiles? It is “added involvement”, but, so would be, say, sending higher altitude capable SAM batteries. Which we absolutely should also do, and should have done months ago.
