The two photos don’t seem to match. Evergreen trees in ‘before’ photo, deciduous trees in the after photo, windows look different too. Might just be the direction photos were taken from, hard to tell.

They don’t - they are taken from different angles AFTER the building was demolished.
There is no BEFORE image on the LBC site.
