I don’t drink anymore, but when I did my sleep was crap.
I’d feel off for like two days.

I had a great-uncle who had some obscure math specialty. He was invited to a group in Europe headed by Buckminster Fuller for a brainstorming session.

When he came back, I told him I had heard that Fuller attributed his genius to needing so little sleep. My great-uncle chuckled and said Fuller should get a lot more sleep.

I had a very nice sleep tech tell what it’s all about.

I have to say the simple steps and suggestions one of the nurses told me made sense.
