I’ve been saying, that Turkey is manouvering to be the ones to take the most advantage of a weakened Russia, to fulfill their ambition of rebuilding The Ottoman Empire.

True, I was only throwing out examples of countries on good terms with both sides. Obviously if both sides agree, the weapons that the ‘peacekeepers’ will be allowed will be quite limited.
