It’s strange there is not one bit of debris from the interior of these hospital rooms. No sheets, tables mattresses. That stuff seems like it would be everywhere. The rooms are empty shells.
From the ground photos/imagery, notice the L shaped, (or slmetimes H with legs cut off) layout of structures, which create a courtyard -
In a courtyard or boxed penetrator blast, the courtyard (box or L shape) creates a blast/shockwave tunnel effect-
*From the photo/imagery/footage of the “hospital”, this is a typical Soviet style hospital school layout, or at times a hospital layout with courtyard.
In Western Russia, these Soviet Army built structures are almost always prefabricated, light steal reinforced/weld assembled structures, typically 2 to 4, and up to 6 floors.
Sometimes the Soviet era school layouts have been repurposed to sanitarium’s and other medical type facilities. (I have also stayed in them)

From the deep crater in the courtyard imagery, there are a number of munitions which are possible. However, based on the depth of the crater (at least 5m to 7m), and the volume of earth blown out of the crater (possibly 15m to 20m diam), the following could have been used -
BetAB-500 (1000lb rocket propelled or air dropped, used extensively in Syria from 2014-2015)
KAB-500L (L-guide similar to US PaveWay)
KAB-1500Lpr (L-guide deep penetrator)
Kh-59MKM/s (280km range missile deep penetrator - expensive)

There are other bombs in the arsenal, but if I were to build a BDA brief on this target, I would state “Possible” Russian 1000 lb BETAB-500, or KAB-500L, based on depth + diameter, and volume of earth displaced.
As well, the large blast just inside (or adjacent to) the courtyard would have blown all windows and doors outward from the blast crater, easily leaving no visible windows or doors. As well, any blast capable of that crater, would easily wipe out or buried landscape.
We can literally see trees completely stripped to their trunks, and the blast crater easily and significantly blew out an entire tree stump.
This was typically what analysts saw across Russian targeted structures and blocks of cities throughout cities in Syria, Chechnya, Georgia, and even Libya.
Be a little weird to see soft remaining inward debris from a very large outward blast, which left only lower trunks of sizable trees.
As well, imagery from above shows the roofs were nearly blown out as well.
