The man is a FREAK. How the heck did he get into a position of authority. He must have been the laughing stock of the Deep State, when they realized he would be the country’s “LAW ENFORCER.”

Theory floating around - Trump knew Barr was a weasel when he picked him for office. He needed Barr to appoint Durham, so that later when Barr spouted off the Dems could not say that Durham was a politics-only appointment and shut it down. Thinking ahead, in other words. There’s evidence both for and against this theory, but it is interesting to think about.
Trump appointed Barr and Wray. That’s two reasons I’d rather give DeSantis a chance to govern better than that.
Biggest liar yet. He knew he won and was going to win. Now barr knew he was going to lose because he was in on the steal. That’s after seeing the laptop evidence that was true he refused to say anything because he did not want to effect the steal, I mean the election. How about after the election was over. Obviously if you are a statist you see no problem with this. And statists wear whichever party label they need to use to advance their agenda. So Barr would find undoing the defeat of outsider Trump to be as unthinkable as his election was in the first place.
The prevalence in DC of Republican-label officials who think like Barr is why Trump would have little real chance against Gavin Newsom-Trudeau-Ardern-Macron in 2024, even if he shows up with 100 million voters. The Deep State will not let their errors of 2016 be repeated, even if they have to tear the whole country apart to do it. In fact, I expect them to make a major effort to eliminate Trump before the GOP primaries - to clear the path for Rubio/Haley.

Finding the vote fraud in 2020 was a literally a high school assignment in Excel.
Some of what Barr is saying is hindsight. Some is him trying to sell the book. Some is him trying to suck up to Chuck Todd (or whoever). Some comes from the growing friction between Trump and Barr. Polls did show Trump trailing, so it was certainly possible that he lost the national popular vote. Whatever Barr thought or expected at the time, Trump did turn off a lot of voters that he could have won over.

Actually that seems true. The left thought they had it in the bag the first time. They upped their ‘fix’ the last time. They knew how much more criminal activity they would have to do last time. They did just enough to make it look like Biden won, hahahahahahahahahahahahahaha legally.
